After some time Joshua buys his own papers and sells them. The only dilemma: Charleston Charlie.  Getting beat up was not something anyone would want to happen, especially when you pass him by every day.  When the molasses tank blows by the tenements, flooding the city, can Charlie and Joshua work together to save a friend.
